Relax in comfort in our cozy living room, unwind by the wood burning stove after a day of adventure, or step out onto the deck to savor the crisp mountain air. With easy access to skiing, hiking, and all of the wonders of the San Juan Mountains, your unforgettable Colorado getaway awaits! Our beautiful home is located in the Rafter J subdivision, just minutes from Durango. Our comfortable home has accommodations for 6 and provides: - 3 bedrooms - 2 full bathrooms - large living/dining room w/ woodburning stove - fully stocked gourmet kitchen - washer/dryer - free WIFI - outdoor seating w/ grill - stunning views of the nearby La Plata Mountains We also provide complimentary coffee (ground coffee) and tea. There is a drip coffee maker for your use, as well as an array of cookware and spices. Our home is also pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (with a max of $300 per stay). Enjoy ease of access to downtown Durango (10 miles east), or take in all that the San Juans have to offer with nearby mountain biking, hiking trails, skiing, white water rafting, and fishing.
