Owning a second property several hours away, or even in another state from your primary residence can be stressful. That's why we are here to take care of things while you're away. Several issues can arise such as frozen and burst water pipes, appliance leaks, and rodent infestations.  Leave your property in good hands while you are away and choose us to look after it.

Some of the services we offer include:

Interior Inspection

• Inspect for sings of theft, vandalism, damage or other disturbances

• Check security system is set and working

• Inspection for signs of pests and infestations

• Note any unusual odors

• Visual inspection for water damage, leaks mold, or mildew

• Run all faucets/showers and flush all toilets

• Check that thermostats are set correctly and functioning properly

• Check appliances are still working properly (refrigerator/freezer)

• Visual check of hot water heater and A/C pans

• Check electrical panel for tripped breakers

Exterior Inspection

• Ensure all entrances are secure and locked

• Visual check for evidence of forced entry, vandalism, theft or damage

• Check outside faucets and hoses for leaks

• Removal of newspapers and/or mail and other evidence of non-occupancy

• Visual inspection of roof and gutters from the ground

• Visual inspection of yard/landscaping to assure proper maintenance

• Check irrigation system reflects accurate time and is operating properly
