HOA Management

At Summit Property Management, we take a tremendous amount of pride in upholding and surpassing the quality and standards expected by owners and Associations.  We utilize our background and experience in construction management to implement strategies and procedures into the daily maintenance and operation of your property.  Our end goal is customer satisfaction, which we achieve through hard work, honesty, and clear communication.


We have recently acquired the CMCA certification, which is an internationally recognized certification. From the CMCA website "The Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) is the only international certification program designed exclusively for homeowner and condominium associations and cooperatives managers. The CMCA recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the fundamental knowledge required to manage community associations."


We have been involved on both sides of the HOA equation, having sat on an HOA board from a homeowners perspective, and understand the needs of both the Association members and the requirements of the manager.  This allows us to operate from a unique vantage point while offering tremendous value to our clients.
