This comfortable condo has accommodations for 2 and provides: - 1 cozy king bed - 1 full bathroom - large living/dining room w/ fireplace and free firewood - fully stocked kitchen and propane grill - washer/dryer - free WIFI During your stay you'll also have access to the shared hot tub only steps from the door.. We also provide coffee (k-cups and ground coffee) and tea free of charge. There is a dual Keurig/drip coffee maker for your use as well as an array of cookware and spices. Enjoy ease of access to downtown Durango (25 miles south), or take in all that the San Juans have to offer with nearby alpine mountain biking, hiking trails, skiing, and fishing.
