Solar

We are currently exploring the feasibility of adding a solar array to offset a large portion of an HOA's electric usage.  We have the ability to manage any project, large or small, from conception, to construction and turnover.

LED Retrofit

We were recently involved in a total LED retrofit of the site parking pole lights at a condominium complex.  We worked in tandem with the Board of Directors and local contractors to help develop the design, as well as coordinate and manage the install.

Deck Repairs 

We recently contracted with and managed several deck improvements and repairs at one of our properties.  We not only coordinated with the contractor, but kept all effected residents in the loop throughout the process.
